We are happy to announce, that worldwide shipping is possible since october 2022.

All orders are shipped as insured packages from Germany with tracking information.

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped. Please contact our customer service (info@louislucano.com) if you have any questions or concerns about your delivery order.

Tax & Duties

International orders (shipments outside the EU) may be subject to customs or import duties once the order reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of import duties and taxes and therefore customers are responsible for potential additional fees and charges. Import duties and taxes may vary from country to country - we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it; it must be unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, simply contact us at info@louislucano.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that were bought on sale or through gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return was approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
